Wilma Joyce Camp Waits, 69, of Little Rock passed away on Sunday February 16, 2020. She leaves to cherish her memory her mother; Pearl Camp, her siblings; Walter Camp (Arminder), Dwight Camp, Kenneth Camp, Teresa Camp Willis and Deborah Grigsby (Turna), a devoted niece; Charisse Dean, a devoted Dr. Kate Netchvolodoff and a host of other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held Friday February 21, 2020 at 11: 00am at Agape Church, 701 Napa Valley Drive.
