Thomas Harold Baskins, Sr., 96 of North Little Rock passed Monday, March 22, 2021. He leaves to cherish his memory his children; Dr. Larry Abdullah, Patricia Baskins-Dean and Thomas Baskins, Jr., siblings; Lewis Carter, Louvenia Williams and a host of relatives and friends. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, March 31, 2021, 1:00pm, Arkansas State Veteran Cemetery, 1501 W. Maryland Avenue, North Little Rock, Arkansas. A walk-through visitation will be held Tuesday, March 30, 2021 from 3-6pm at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 2501-2617 S. Main Street, Little Rock, Arkansas. Due to COVID 19 a facial mask is required.
