Pearlie Mae Bailey, 70, of Little Rock passed away Thursday, March 12, 2020. She leaves to cherish her memory her children; Brenda Jackson, Sharon Shelton, Robert Shelton and Charles Higgins, siblings; James Bailey, Joyce Williams (Rodney) and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday March 21, 2020, 11:30am in the Hardy Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, 5300 West 12th Street. The family will receive friends Friday March 20, 2020 from 6-7pm at the funeral home.
