Linda Joyce Franklin, 66 of North Little Rock, passed away Saturday February 1, 2020. She leaves to cherish her memory her children; Delsandro Franklin, Vera Franklin, Frederick Franklin, Dectric Franklin, Jr., siblings; Charles Rice, Treopia Rice and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday February 8, 2020, 1:30pm, Morning Star Baptist Church, 105 North Smothers Street, North Little Rock.
