Keisha E. Utsey, 49 of Little Rock passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2022. She leaves to cherish her memory one daughter; Jasmine Neal, siblings; Alphonso Utsey, Adre Utsey, Aletra Utsey-Jordan (Bryan), Shamic Utsey, Redonda Utsey (Josh), Angela Utsey-Davis and a host of relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 7, 2022, 12:00pm, Windson Church of Christ, 3 Windson Drive, North Little Rock.
