Charles Edward Peoples, 86 of Little Rock passed away Saturday, December 12, 2020. He leaves to cherish his memory his children; Ivy Reed (Al), Rodney Hayes, Charles Peoples, Jr., Bill Hawkins (Portia), Dinah Peoples Spruill (Greg), Cedric Peoples (Verena), Michael Peoples, Sr., Greg Peoples, Sr. (Crystal), Carlton Peoples I (Angela) and Janice Peoples, a sister; Joan Jones and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Sunday, 10:00am in the Hardy Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, 5300 West 12th Street. The family will receive friends Saturday, December 19, 2020 from 6-7pm at the funeral home. Due to COVID 19 a facial mask is required.
