Cecil Samuel Parker, Sr., 71 of Little Rock passed away Sunday, March 7, 2021. He leaves to cherish his memory his children; Bridgette Holley (Patrick), Cecil Parker, Jr., Erica Parker, Felecia Parker Green (Bobby), two stepchildren; Kimberly Cole, Kevin Cole, siblings; Albert Robinson, Marilyn Murry and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 19, 2021, 10:00am, Faith Temple Full Gospel Deliverance Center, 1920 Broadway Street. The family will receive friends Thursday, March 18, 2021 from 6-7pm at the funeral home. Due to COVID 19 a facial mask is required.
