Allene Hubbard, 68 of Little Rock passed away Tuesday July 28, 2020. She is preceded in death by her parents; Rosa L. James Hubbard and John W. Hubbard. A memorial service will be held Monday August 10, 2020, 11:00am at the funeral home. Due to COVID 19 a facial mask is required.
